·         Total Merit Index with the following weights (%): Milk yield 24, mastitis 22, fertility of daughters 15, udder and tears 15, beef 9, legs 6, temperament 4, other diseases 3, stillbirths 1 and calving ease 1

·         Total Merit Index will be changed from mars 2009:+ 4 on milk, -1 mastitis, + 3 fertility, -3 beef, -2 temper, stillb & calv ease both -0,5, -1 other diseases, + 1 milking speed

·         Screening the whole population for high index females and bull calves

·         Bull sire suggestions to high index cows is made by the breeding software

·         Fenotype test of 330 calves

·         125 young bulls

·         400 waiting bulls

·         250 daughters in progeny test

·         Progeny test 4 x/year
